Creativity isn't just my career - it's the core of who I am. I grew up a 90s kid, which meant that my childhood was filled with Nintendo 64, Legos and Hotwheels. But, I also have a trove of sketchbooks, which is where my love for creative expression really began. 

​

I spent many nights filling endless pages of empty sketch pads with everything from floor plans to cars and more. Eventually, my passion for creativity lead me to pursue a career in Architecture. After studying at UW-Milwaukee's School of Architecture and Urban Planning for two years, It was a trip to the Milwaukee Art Museum that shifted my career path to Visual Communication.

Though I wanted to keep my career path focused on design, I felt that in order to really understand how to be the best I could be in my field, I decided to have a talk with one of my role models - Rick Condos of the San-Francisco Based studio, Argonaut. After listening to his advice, I gained as much diverse experience as I could through internships in everything from Public Relations to Broadcast Media. Eventually, my professional career in the creative industry began in Project Management at Chicago-based firm Equator Design.

From managing packaging projects across ALDI's entire product and sub-brand lineup, to completely rebranding a high end detailing company in the north suburbs of Chicago, my experience has made me a confident designer and leader with a strong knowledge of what it takes to elevate a brand in today's market. From digital graphics to print, I have worked across a multitude of substrates and print mediums. I understand the differences between various print processes and I have worked hands on with both ROLAND and HP plotter technology.

I have an advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly with Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign and Premiere Pro. My experience working in environmental signage has given me a strong understanding of FLEXI Design software. I am also an experienced photographer, particularly in the areas of automotive, product and environmental photography.

​

I am also a proven social media manager and content producer. I have written several blogs and I create SEO-minded content that both engages the consumer and elevates the brand and brand presence. I have worked with social media influencers to produce viral content, and I have produced positive ROI through strategic planning and research.

​

In short, I am a passionate, creative, and motivated Graphic Designer. I always approach each project with a sense of diligence and urgency, and I am a stickler about deadlines.  I never present work to a client that I would not feel confident in adding to this portfolio.
